We are building a technical sales function to take AI-led subsurface and production technologies to oil and gas operators worldwide, and we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to own that effort end to end: finding the operators whose production or interpretation workflows are costing them money, running evaluations on their own data, building the business case in barrels and dollars, and taking the opportunity through negotiation to close.
The portfolio spans production optimisation — per-well digital twins with automated nodal, decline-curve and water diagnostics — and AI seismic interpretation, covering fault and horizon interpretation, seismic conditioning and attribute analysis. This is a consultative, evidence-led sale, so you will need the credibility to hold a substantive conversation with a petroleum engineer or a geophysicist, a track record of selling technical software into the sector, and the willingness to travel internationally around 25–40% of the time.
